*I have seen it work well for many of my animals suffering from eye irritation. Not for treatment eye infections.*
*Grooming*
Shedding Blade
This is a great tool to remove hay and other debris from wool. I also use this tool to whisk snow off of my llamas because it keeps your hands dry and doesn't rub snow into their coats.
Wool Tamer-Pin Brush
Works great to clean out debris without damaging the wool.
Slicker Brush
Great for untangling wool and keeping mats from forming. Great for overall grooming.
Circuiteer II Blower
If you have a lot of animals a blower can really speed up grooming time. I love mine. It makes it easy for me to clean up all my animals throughout the year and before shearing. It hasa lot of power !
Magic Toe Shears
I use these at work and at home. They hold up very well, stay sharp, and I have never had mine rust even though they are in the barn year round. The perfect tool for hoof trimming.
Fiskars Scissor Shears
Before I bought my electric clippers I used these scissors for all my shearing. They are a bit more time consuming but allow you to work slowly and they do not require access to electricity, so you can shear anywhere. They are still what I use on heavily matted animals or those afraid of clippers. They work well and stay sharp. Great for hard to reach areas and for clipping out mats and burrs.
* I do not recommend for angora goats or alpacas because of their dense fiber
